Sefiras HaOmer -  Counting day 40

Let's Address The Elephant In The Room

The Torah does not say we are "better." It says we are "Chosen". But "chosen" is not a status of privilege. It is a status of function. A hammer is not "better" than a saw. They just have different jobs to do. If the hammer tries to be a saw, it fails at its purpose and the project is ruined.

The conversation is already happening. For four nights, Rabbi Manis Friedman will explain it, clearly, honestly, and from the source.

Come with your questions, leave with them answered.

What Jews Really Think About Non- Jews.

Thank you Frieda for this genuine, open and honest video.

It is not just another video project. It is part of Frieda's life that has two sides. What Kiryas Joel means to her, the Satmar community in Williamsburg, where she offers her guided Tours, does not hold the same feelings. Kiryas Joel was home.

While listening I feel the emotion of mixed feelings, and can't help thinking how hard this must be for her to go back to Kiryas Joel, not just for a visit.

Frieda is doing an amazing job, tznius in every way and always choosing her words carefully. Even though she not longer part of the Satmar Chassidishe community, she is representing her formal community with a lot of respect.

It is not always easy to make a choice that is better for you, but part of Frieda will always be there.
